Stay in one of six fully appointed Queen Rooms, or take the two bedroom Bungalow, a fully equipped apartment that comfortably sleeps four. Stay for a night or more, then come back on the reg. The choice is all yours…Meow.

An open and inviting communal courtyard with an outdoor rain shower for you to cleanse, converse, co-work or chill. Under the shade of the umbrella trees by day and the glow of the wall lamps by night, all manner of stories are shared, wayward glances are met, and shoes are optional. This is the place where inhabitants of The Cat can come together.

The Cat’s pool deck, available to all in-house guests. Light coastal breezes whisper through the palms and across the curves of this terracotta edged oasis. Imagine you’re laying on the melon sunbed, after an ocean dip just down the street. Time is still. You stare up at the old motel sign and the incandescent blue sky beyond it, then take a cleansing plunge into the deep pool. Rinse. Repeat. The Sun sets below the wall and beckons you into the night…

WORKS

The Contactless Guest Experience
The Cheshire Cat Motel is a contactless operation. This means there’s no reception on-site, and your phone is your key. Guests are encouraged to use the Motel’s end-to-end digital technology (and their email) to book, check-in, experience and check-out of their time at the Cat.

Upon receiving email confirmation of a booking and preparing to sleep with the Cat - guests will only need their smartphone and an official identification document (Drivers License / Passport) in order to check in.

With six available off-street parks located snugly in the carport under the building, it’s a ‘first in best dressed’ scenario. With 2.1m max height, most vehicles will fit. Be kind to each other - sharing is caring.
The Mini Bar
For your wayward comfort, The Cheshire Cat curates a rotating selection of complimentary goodies and beverages (hot and cold) in the mini-bar of every room. Enjoy whatever awaits, they’re all yours. No honesty required.
